At Ambien Pro, we are fully committed to an Environmental Policy aimed at reducing our carbon footprint. We are constantly collaborating with other organisations to discover effective ways of protecting our planet for future generations.

Ambien Pro is proud to be a certified Carbon Neutral Company. Working with Carbon Neutral Britain, we have meticulously calculated our total carbon emissions. In order to address these, our directors chose to offset our footprint through the Woodland Fund, which finances reforestation in areas impacted by deforestation, including South West Australia, Uruguay, and Nicaragua.

Our reforestation project in Costa Rica strictly adheres to premium forest carbon offset standards, delivering substantial ecological and socio-economic advantages for local communities and the environment.

Since the project began, 2,115 hectares of former pastureland, once used for cattle ranching, have been sustainably managed. Of these, 1,280 hectares have been replanted with predominantly native tree species. In total, over one million trees have been planted, encompassing 17 different species under a continuous forest cover scheme.

The reforestation model includes a carefully chosen combination of pioneer trees, medium-growth species, and slow-growth shade trees, ensuring long-term ecological resilience and support for local livelihoods.
